A residential complex of two unit typologies designed as quiet, dignified accommodation for medical staff.
Located on a 4,573 sq.mt. site, the Doctor’s Residential Building offers two unit typologies, Type A and Type B, calibrated to the needs of resident medical staff and visiting consultants.
The architecture deliberately avoids institutional language: deep verandahs, considered fenestration and shared courtyards lend the complex the feel of a quiet residential cluster rather than staff quarters.
