The Project
A compact contemporary family residence in Bhuj, restrained on the outside, generous and daylight-led within.
The RD House sits on a modest plot in Bhuj and was designed to maximise volume, light and cross-ventilation within a tight built-up footprint.
Material choices are quiet and contemporary, allowing the geometry of the façade and the play of shadow across the day to do the work, true to the studio’s belief that an architectural statement need not be loud to be confident.
